Many wallpapers include an information ("i") option you may tap to learn more about the deity, story, or moment depicted. This descriptive material is provided for devotional and educational purposes.
All wallpapers and accompanying Content are provided for your personal, non-commercial devotional use only — to set on your own device. You agree that you shall not:
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access if the Service is used in a manner that is unethical, exploitative, or inconsistent with the intended devotional purpose of the platform.
All wallpapers and imagery offered through the Service are original works created by us. They are intended purely as devotional art — to inspire remembrance, reverence, and a sense of connection with the Divine in the course of daily life.
In creating these works, our artists may exercise creative and interpretive license. Compositions, depictions of deities, scenes, narratives, and accompanying descriptions are artistic renderings and may not, in every instance, conform precisely to scriptural texts, traditional iconography, or established lineage descriptions. Some details may be stylized, imagined, or composed for aesthetic and devotional effect rather than doctrinal exactness.

To save a wallpaper or set it on your home or lock screen, the app may request permission to access your photo gallery or device storage. This permission is used only to deliver the wallpaper you selected. You may decline it, and the remainder of the app will continue to function.
Sadhana Wallpapers is offered free of charge. Should we introduce any optional paid features or one-time purchases in the future, the applicable fees, charges, and billing terms will be presented to you at that time, and your payment provider's agreement will govern your use of the designated payment method. You are responsible for any third-party fees you may incur when using the Service.
The app and its entire contents, features, and functionality (including all wallpapers, artwork, story content, text, images, design, selection, and arrangement) are owned by the Vedic Sadhana Foundation, its licensors, or other providers of such material, and are protected by USA and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. The material may not be copied, modified, reproduced, downloaded, or distributed in any way, in whole or in part, beyond the personal-use license granted above, without our express prior written permission.
The Service and all Content are provided solely for spiritual, educational, and personal well-being purposes. The Content does not constitute medical advice, psychological counseling, or healthcare of any kind. We do not diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any condition, and the Service is not a substitute for professional care. Any reliance on the Content is entirely at your own discretion and risk.
We may include or make available third-party content or links to third-party services. You acknowledge that we are not responsible for any third-party services, including their accuracy, legality, or quality, and that you access and use them entirely at your own risk and subject to those third parties' terms.

The app is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" with all faults and without warranty of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall Sadhana Wallpapers or its suppliers be liable for any special, incidental, indirect, or consequential damages whatsoever arising out of or related to your use of, or inability to use, the Service. Our entire liability under any provision of this Agreement shall be limited to the amount actually paid by you, if any, for the Service.
You agree to indemnify and hold the Vedic Sadhana Foundation and its affiliates, officers, employees, agents, partners, and licensors harmless from any claim or demand, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising out of your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any right of a third party.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the USA, excluding its conflict-of-law rules. In the event of a dispute, you and Sadhana Wallpapers will first attempt to resolve the matter through informal negotiation by sending a written Notice of Dispute to wallpapers@sadhana.app. If the dispute is not resolved within sixty (60) days, it shall be settled by binding arbitration in accordance with the commercial arbitration rules of the American Arbitration Association, except for claims relating to intellectual property rights.
If any provision of these Terms is held unenforceable, it will be modified to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will continue in full force. Our failure to enforce any right or provision shall not constitute a waiver of that right or provision.
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide reasonable notice prior to the new terms taking effect. By continuing to use the Service after revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised Terms.
